- Replacement of unsatisfactory results with alternative solutions, when feasible.
4. Refund Process
- Clients must submit a refund request in writing, providing clear reasons and supporting details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Partial refunds may apply depending on the progress of the service at the time of cancellation.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients who wish to cancel a project must notify us in writing. Cancellations made after project initiation may result in partial refunds only, as costs and resources have already been allocated.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure fairness, clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and feedback during project execution. Failure to cooperate may impact refund or service adjustment eligibility.
