5. Delivery of Services

We are committed to delivering services on time and according to agreed specifications. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen technical factors. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing before project initiation to qualify for a refund.
  • Once development or service delivery has begun, refunds are limited and subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Completed work is non-refundable, as resources and expertise have been allocated.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary resources for project completion. Delays in providing input may affect timelines and outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables, unless otherwise agreed. ThemeWeb retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve issues amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, matters may be settled under applicable Australian business law.
