3. Order Processing

  • Projects begin after receipt of the initial deposit as outlined in our Payment Policy.
  • Service requirements must be clearly communicated before initiation to avoid delays.
  • Clients will receive regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Completion & Handover

Once services are complete, final deliverables will be:

  • Uploaded to the client’s hosting/server (for web development projects).
  • Shared via secure download links (for digital assets and documents).
  • Accompanied by installation, usage, or maintenance instructions if applicable.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • In rare cases where technical issues delay service delivery, clients will be informed immediately and provided with revised timelines.
  • If delays are due to force majeure events (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters), ThemeWeb will not be held liable but will make every effort to resume services quickly.

6. No Physical Shipping

Please note that ThemeWeb does not sell or ship physical goods. All services are delivered digitally, ensuring faster and more efficient completion for clients worldwide.
