PLANTS PACKAGING PROCESS AND SHIPPING TO PROVINCES BY CAY XINH

Hi guys,

Currently, there are many people who live far away but still want to order products at Cay Xinh, so we will give detailed instructions on the ordering and packaging process at Cay Xinh for your reference before deciding to order products.

I. Packing process

  • For bonsai pots and miniature landscape decoration accessories, Cay Xinh can pack and ship them to you easily by post without you having to worry about anything.
  • For bonsai, succulents, cacti (not planted in miniature landscapes), Cay Xinh will wrap them in soft paper, nylon, then place them in styrofoam boxes (boxes) as carefully as possible. Then, the goods will be sent by post or bus according to your request.

Due to the nature of ornamental plants, no two plants will be the same, so whenever you order a product, Cay Xinh will  take a photo of the type of plant available at the time you ask  and send it to you via Zalo, Facebook… for you to choose and the decision to buy is up to you.

Soil, sand, gravel… will be packaged separately and given to customers if requested (note: it will increase weight and lead to increased shipping costs if you choose to ship by post, but shipping by bus is no problem)

Cay Xinh will use a layer of newspaper to wrap around the product. When wrapping around the tree, we will try not to squeeze the leaves too tightly, causing them to break. Then Cay Xinh will wrap additional layers of soft paper (or newspaper) and wrap with tape carefully to ensure that the tree will not be pushed or broken during transportation.

After wrapping the tree carefully, Cay Xinh will put it in a cardboard box or foam box depending on the customer’s request. The box must be sturdy enough to limit deformation during transportation.

Note:  Some potted plants and completed miniature landscapes can still be shipped to the province by Cay Xinh, but we will advise you to choose to ship by bus to ensure that the product is not damaged. During the shipping process, we will add soil, sand, and decorative gravel so that if it is misaligned, you can easily fix it. ( Cay Xinh does not ship glass miniature landscape pots by bus, we hope you understand )

You can receive the goods and pay or transfer money directly to Cay Xinh via the following account numbers:

 

For  bonsai, succulents, and cacti,  Cay Xinh will receive payment before delivering the product to customers to ensure that you receive the goods. Because if you do not receive the plant to return the goods, the rate of damage to the plant is up to 99% because the shipping side often returns very slowly (usually 7-10 days).

For  flower pots and decorative accessories,  you can receive the goods and pay the shipping unit. You only need to leave a small deposit to be responsible for receiving the goods.

When shipping by bus, you must send 100% of the goods before Cay Xinh sends the product because it is not possible to ask the bus company to collect the money.

Currently, Cay Xinh has worked with the shipping unit and will accept COD shipping nationwide for all products if customers request. Note: For orders > 300k, you need to deposit 20% of the order value by bank transfer or send a phone card code to confirm receipt of the goods. Then Cay Xinh will ship the goods and you pay the remaining amount to the shipping unit, thank you!

III. Shipping

There are 2 methods of sending goods: post office and transport by bus, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are as follows:

Shipping via Viettel Post:

  • If you choose to ship by post, Cay Xinh will send express delivery via Viettel Post so that the tree can arrive as soon as possible. The advantage of this shipping method is that it can ship nationwide, and can be sent to the district, commune, or ward where you live.
  • However, the disadvantage is that the shipping fee is very high because the tree must be packed in a styrofoam box (bulky goods), the time of receiving the goods is decided by the shipping party. If on time, you will receive the goods from 2-3 days for you in a big city, however, if you are in a district or commune, the time can be up to 5-7 days, so the possibility of the tree being damaged is very high.

Shipping by bus:

  • If you choose to ship by bus, Cay Xinh will pack and note the bus company that the trees are fragile so that they can prioritize loading them for you as best as possible. The advantage is that the shipping is very fast, you can receive the tree on the same day (for the North and Central regions) and 2 days if you are too far from the store, the shipping cost is also cheaper than by post (you only have to pay 30k to ship from the store to the bus station and a small amount from the bus to your place. Note: if you order >500k, shipping from the store to the bus station will be free).
  • The downside is that you have to pay immediately for Cay Xinh to deliver the goods (because you cannot ask the bus to collect the money), so it will be a bit difficult for those who are not used to online payment.

 IV. Notes when sending plants

Normally, all Cay Xinh products when sent to provinces outside Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City use  Express Delivery service  so that the products reach customers as quickly as possible.

We do not use VNPT postal service because the cost of sending plants is very high, the procedures are complicated, and the attitude is difficult when receiving fresh goods. It is often required to buy foam boxes, repackage them, and the fee for a small box is up to more than 200,000 VND for one delivery. The cost is sometimes higher than the cost of the plants.

 Cay Xinh often uses Viettel Post  ‘s  Express Delivery  service to send plants to customers.  The price may be a bit high  (but still lower than the post office), but this price is for home delivery, no need to go to the bus station or bus station to receive the goods. Normally, 1 box of goods, depending on the size of the tree, the price ranges from 50,000 – 150,000 (if sending succulents, cacti in small boxes, it will be even lower).

The bus service is quite fast because the bus leaves every day. Normally, no matter which way you ship, Cay Xinh’s trees  will reach the user in 1-2 days. If you send them in the evening, you will receive them the next morning.  With such careful packaging, when the product reaches you, you can be completely assured of its quality. 

Because each shipping cost is also high, Cay Xinh advises you to order with orders > 200,000 VND to save costs for each purchase. Hopefully with the above information, you have clearly understood the process of packing and ordering products at Cay Xinh.
